Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Egnito's services and client portal. By accepting a proposal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Egnito provides custom software development services as described in each project proposal. The scope, timeline, and pricing in your accepted proposal are the binding agreement for that engagement.

2. Payment

Payments are made via Payoneer per the milestone schedule in your proposal. Work on a milestone begins only after payment is confirmed. Completed and paid milestones are non-refundable. Unstarted paid milestones will be refunded if the project is cancelled.

3. Revisions

Each milestone includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond that may be scoped and billed separately.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of a milestone, you receive full ownership of the deliverables for that milestone. Egnito retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Pausing & Cancellation

Either party may pause or cancel an engagement with written notice. Projects paused over 30 days may require re-scoping. See Section 2 for refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Egnito's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific milestone giving rise to the claim.
