How does payment work?▾
Payments are made via Payoneer — a trusted global payments platform. A payment request link is sent for each milestone. You pay through Payoneer, mark it as done, and payment is verified before work begins. No surprises, no subscriptions you can't cancel.
What's the revision policy?▾
Each project includes revision rounds per milestone (typically 2). The proposal describes exactly what's included. If you need more revisions after those rounds are used, additional scope can be discussed — it won't be a surprise charge.
What are your typical timelines?▾
The MVP Sprint targets 3 weeks. Custom Platforms operate month-to-month with one active workstream. Integrations are typically delivered within a week. Every timeline is confirmed in your proposal before you commit to anything.
Can I pause or cancel?▾
Yes. Completed and paid milestones are final. Unstarted but paid milestones are refunded via Payoneer. Notice is required for pauses — projects paused over 30 days may need re-scoping.
Do I need to be technical?▾
Not at all. The client portal walks you through every step. Everything is explained in plain language. If something is unclear, you can message directly in the project thread.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?▾
